1. Refund Policy

We sell digital products: PDF files you download and print at home. Nothing is shipped.
Our 7-day promise
If you ask within 7 days of your purchase, we give you a full refund if:
- the file did not reach you, or the link does not work;
- the file does not open, or pages are missing or broken;
- what you got is not what the page described;
- you tried it and felt it is not right for your family.
You don't need to prove anything for the last reason. Just tell us.
How to ask
Send us a DM on Instagram at @taiyaarkits with the email or phone number you used at checkout. That's all we need.
What happens next
- We reply within 48 hours (usually the same day).
- If the problem is a missing or broken file, we first send you a working copy. If you'd still rather have your money back, we refund.
- Refunds go back to the same UPI, card or bank account you paid from. Your bank usually shows it within 5-7 working days after we start it. [VERIFY the timeline during the test refund, SETUP §10.]
- We never charge a cancellation or refund fee.
Add-ons and the yearly pack
- Akshar + Pencil Control Pack (₹99): same 7-day rule. You can refund it alone or together with the main pack.
- Saal Bhar Pack (₹399): 7 days from purchase for a full refund. After 7 days, if a monthly pack we promised does not arrive on the 1st of the month and we can't send it within 7 days, we refund the months not yet delivered, pro rata.
After 7 days
We can't refund after 7 days, because the files are already downloaded and can be copied. If a file is broken or missing at any time, we will always send a working copy for free.
When we may refuse
Only if a refund request is clearly abuse, for example the same person buying and refunding repeatedly, or reselling our files. We'll tell you why in writing.
