2. Terms of Use

Effective: 2 Nov 2026

These terms apply when you visit kagazkhel.pages.dev or buy an Kagaz Khel (by Taiyaar) product. "We" means Taiyaar, the seller of Kagaz Khel, Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh, India. "You" means the buyer.

2.1 What you are buying

• Digital PDF files for printing at home, as described on the product page. No physical item is shipped.
• 30 Din Phone-Free Challenge: delivered right after payment.
• Akshar + Pencil Control Pack (optional add-on): delivered right after payment.
• Saal Bhar Pack: Month 2 is delivered right after payment. Months 3 to 12 are sent by WhatsApp and email on the 1st of each month, starting the month after you buy. [If Month 2 is not built yet, do NOT sell this product.]

2.2 Price and payment

• The price shown on the page is the final price, including GST if any. Nothing is added at checkout.
• Launch price: ₹149 until 9 Nov 2026, 11:59 pm IST. From 10 Nov 2026 the price is ₹199. We do not extend the launch price.
• Payments are processed by Superprofile (UPI, cards, netbanking). We never see or store your card number or UPI PIN.
• GST: Not registered under GST.

2.3 Delivery

You get a download link by email and WhatsApp right after payment, and can also download from "My Purchases" on the checkout page using your email or phone. If nothing arrives within 2 hours, contact us and we will send it by hand.

2.4 Licence: what you can and can't do with the files

You can:

• print as many copies as you need for the children in your own family and home, including siblings and cousins living with you;
• print at a shop.

You can't:

• resell, share, upload, forward or give away the files, in full or in part;
• use them in a school, tuition centre, day care or any paid class without a written licence from us (write to us, we're happy to talk).

All content, illustrations and text belong to Taiyaar. Buying gives you a personal licence, not ownership of the content.

2.5 Health note

The pack and playbook are general information and activities, not medical, psychological or therapy advice. We quote published guidance (for example the Indian Academy of Pediatrics, 2022) with the source named, but we are not affiliated with or endorsed by these bodies. If you're worried about your child's speech, behaviour, sleep, eating or development, please see a paediatrician.

Activities are meant to be done with an adult nearby. Some use scissors, glue, crayons or small items: use child-safe scissors and keep small items away from children under 3.

2.6 Results

We can't promise a specific result, such as a set number of minutes less screen time. Every family is different. What we promise is the content described on the page, delivered on time, and the 7-day refund.

2.7 Our liability

If something goes wrong, our total responsibility is limited to the amount you paid for the product. This does not take away any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act 2019.

2.8 Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page on the day you bought applies to your purchase.

2.9 Disputes

Please contact our Grievance Officer first (section 4). These terms follow Indian law. You can also approach the National Consumer Helpline (1915 or consumerhelpline.gov.in) or the consumer commission as allowed by law.
